Ingrediants:
3 ripe bananas, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 cups rolled oats, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
Preparation:
Now preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Than take a large bowl and mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.

Preparation
To Prepare
Prep all ingredients, as indicated in the recipe.
To Cook
Put all the vegetables in a large pot and cover with water soup. Bring to a boil more high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and boil gently for 10 minutes. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until all the vegetables are tender. Mix in black pepper and the chopped herbs.
To Serve
This soup can be served hot or cold. It may be partially or puree mashed vary the texture. It can be dressed differently to the variety, with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice or lime, different herbs, or chopped green onions.

Gazpacho - an excellent diet soup 
When I was a child my Grandma Julia used to do a delicious Gazpacho, I will remember till last days of my life. Here's her secret recipe: Ingredients: tomatos 1kg sauce tabasco 4 drops 1 vinegar of Jerez of spoon with coffee 1 garlic of clove 1 green pepper 1 average onion 1 cucumber salt and pepper wholewheat bread of 2 sections
